Code of Conduct

  1. We will see the project through to completion, making best use of each group member’s skill set.

  2. We will hold each other accountable for the completion of tasks specified to them.

  3. We will complete each task with the mission and core values of the nonprofit in mind.

  4. We will show complete respect to each other and to the CAC at all times.

Participation

  1. We will provide opportunity for equal participation in all project activities.

  2. We will be open to new ideas at each stage of the project from each other and from the CAC.

  3. We will let the team know if we are unable to make it to a meeting or finish a task.

  4. We will keep a schedule in accordance with the deadlines we are given and be prompt in meeting those deadlines.

Communication

  1. All files pertinent to the final project will be shared and evaluated by each team member.

  2. We will keep each other up to date on project matters via our group chat.

  3. We will honor agreed-upon meeting time frames and be understanding of the schedules of others.

  4. We will read communications and respond as soon as we can.

  5. We will keep discussions on track.

  6. We will communicate in a respectful and productive manner to each other and to the CAC.

  7. We will keep the CAC updated on the progress of our project and acknowledge and respect any constructive criticism we may receive.

Problem Solving

  1. We will use constructive criticism and not blame each other.

  2. We will build upon ideas of others to help overcome any obstacles.

  3. We will encourage open communication and participation (see above) in solving problems.

  4. We will work together to solve problems that concern the group.
